About Gary
Gary Kelly is the owner and lead veterinary surgeon at Warren House Veterinary Centre and EndoVet Referral Clinic, originally hailing from Northern Ireland, and a proud graduate of the University of Edinburgh in 2003.
Over the years, he has embraced various leadership roles within the practice, becoming Director in 2013, Managing Director in 2016, and ultimately the sole owner in March 2021. Under his guidance, Warren House Veterinary Centre has garnered acclaim for its outstanding veterinary care, being voted Best UK Vets in 2024, a testament to the team’s unwavering dedication and passion.
Gary has a profound interest in diagnostic and interventional endoscopy as well as advanced laparoscopic procedures, holding a postgraduate certificate in Small Animal Surgery and a certificate in Endoscopy and endosurgery. As a member of the Veterinary Endoscopy Society, he frequently attends international courses and events to enhance his expertise. He collaborates academically with a specialist center in Milan, Italy, and has co-authored research papers with Dr. Federico Massari in esteemed veterinary journals.
Outside of his professional life, Gary is married to Tereza, a human surgeon who has served as his co-director since March 2021, and they are proud parents of four children. In his personal time, Gary is passionate about martial arts, boasting a black belt in Karate and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
